Welcome to Youth America Summer Camp individual registration page.  In order to register as an individual, please proceed through the following steps.

1. Click the link “Online Registration”.  Proceed through the steps of registering online as an individual.  You will need to have your payment information ready.
2. Next you will need to download the “Individual Medical Release Form.”  This form is required for every person that will be on our campus.  All minors will need a parent/guardian signature, and all leaders and young adults over the age of 18 will need a personal signature.  Please print off, complete the form entirely and send in with signature.  If you are unable to get the PDF document you can get a free download of adobe reader here.
3. You can mail or fax these to our office. (it is recommended you keep a copy for your records).

4. Once you’ve submitted your registration and we’ve received your medical release form, you will receive a confirmation financial summary within 7-10 days.
5. A detailed camp registration booklet will be sent to you about a month before camp.

RATES/DATES/DEADLINES

CAMP DATES
WEEK 1: July 5th – 9^th WEEK 2: July 12th –16^th WEEK 3: July 19th – 23rd

Early Bird: $160
$50 Deposit due Friday, March 26th
$110 Balance due Friday, May 21^st
Note:  All Medical Release forms for registrants at this rate must be submitted by the May 21^st deadline.

Regular: $190
$50 Deposit due Friday, April 30^th
Note:  All Medical Release forms for registrants at this rate must be submitted by the April 30^th deadline.
July 5-9: $140 Balance due Friday, June 11th
July 12-16: $140 Balance due Friday, June 18th
July 19-23: $140 Balance due Friday, June 25^th

Additional Fees:                        Procrastinators fee: $10

Please note that all deposits and balances must be postmarked or faxed by the due date. If you miss a deposit or balance deadline, the rate automatically jumps to the next available rate. If you miss the regular rate deposit due date, you will be subject to the Procrastinators Fee. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any cancellations must be received in writing 3 weeks prior to your arrival. All balance refunds must be requested in writing three weeks prior to your arrival, or a refund will not be given. Past the three week mark, all balances are due regardless of filled spots. All approved refunds will not be processed until after the final week of camp.
