Welcome to Youth America Summer Camp group registration.  In order to register your group, please proceed through the following steps.

  1. Download the “Group Registration Form.” If you are unable to get the PDF document you can get a free download of adobe reader here.
  2. Print the form and it fill out with all of your registration information. This group registration form will need to be filled out with each payment made so that we can assure your funds are applied correctly.  It can then be mailed/faxed to the location listed below. You can pay by check or credit card.  We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover. There is a 4% fee on all credit card transactions.
  3. Next you will need to download the Individual Medical Release Form. This form is required for every person that will be on our campus.  All minors will need a parent/guardian signature, and all leaders and young adults over the age of 18 will need a personal signature.  Please print off and copy for all your registrants to complete and turn back to you.  You can mail or fax these in with your group registration. Please keep a copy for your records.
  4. Submit your group registration via mail or fax.  Pay careful attention to the refund and ratio policies listed on your form.

  5. Once you’ve turned in your registration, you will receive a confirmation financial summary within 7-10 days.
  6. A detailed camp registration booklet will be sent to you about a month before camp.

RATES/DATES/DEADLINES

CAMP DATES
WEEK 1: July 5th – 9th WEEK 2: July 12th –16th WEEK 3: July 19th – 23rd

Early Bird: $160
$50 Deposit due Friday, March 26th
$110 Balance due Friday, May 21st
Note:  All Medical Release forms for registrants at this rate must be submitted by the May 21st deadline.

Regular: $190
$50 Deposit due Friday, April 30th
Note:  All Medical Release forms for registrants at this rate must be submitted by the April 30th deadline.
July 5-9: $140 Balance due Friday, June 11th
July 12-16: $140 Balance due Friday, June 18th
July 19-23: $140 Balance due Friday, June 25th

Additional Fees: Procrastinators fee: $10
Ratio Adjustment Fee: $20 –per camper (changing boy/girl count once submitted)

Please note that all deposits and balances must be postmarked or faxed by the due date. If you miss a deposit or balance deadline, the rate automatically jumps to the next available rate. If you miss the regular rate deposit due date, you will be subject to the Procrastinators Fee. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any cancellations must be received in writing 3 weeks prior to your arrival. All balance refunds must be requested in writing three weeks prior to your arrival, or a refund will not be given. Past the three week mark, all balances are due regardless of filled spots. All approved refunds will not be processed until after the final week of camp.
